Instant Glass kept the appointment on the date agreed. However, an error on my part meant I was not present when the engineers arrived. Instant Glass simply gave me another appointment, came and did the job. I previously contacted two other companies and although they expressed an interest they did not come. I would not hesitate to call Instant Glass again.

I did not know this Company except for the good reviews it got. I telephoned and spoke to David. In spite of Covid lockdown, he was prompt in responding to my telephone call and within a week, Instant Glass/Glazing checked my windows, gave me a written estimate and managed to fit in the timescale that I requested. Workmen arrived on time and finished the job in the morning. Excellent job!

I am very impressed by the professionalism of this company. Having struggled for 18 days with another company with no hope for a successful completion, I found Instant Glass service exceptional! Their customer service is truly great. I was offered an appointment the very next day after an initial phone call. They were always very polite, punctual and helpful. Installation was very prompt having happened only 7 working days after the initial measurements being taken. It would have happened even sooner if not for me postponing it! I highly recommend them!

After speaking to several Glaziers, I spoke with Gary at Instant Glass and Glazing. He was able to better understand what we wished to have done and was positive about being able to do it. He was flexible in accommodating our timings and the job was carried quickly and with a nice attitude.

The company fitted me in at the eleventh hour and dug me out of a big hole. They kept in constant contact regarding estimated arrival times. Although I was not too fussed about this, I was just pleased to have found a contractor willing to take the job on, they were nevertheless appreciated. The job was carried out very quickly and efficiently to my complete satisfaction. Everything that was promised was delivered and you cannot get better than that!

Found Gary's number on the web and called him on the off chance he could send someone to fix a broken window in the office. He had someone there within the hour and the window was replaced very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely give a very strong recommendation to anyone needing glass replacement. Fab service and very polite and helpful people. 10/10.

I saw three glaziers, all on the checkatrade website. By far, Instant Glass and Glazing were the most professional in their approach to the work. The price was fair and the guarantee, in writing, exceeded the other offers. The team: Shaun, Gary and Paul were charming and friendly, and Shaun: the team leader, professional and thorough. The glazing needed doing prior to the house being painted and this was achieved despite the problems of Covid-19. Instant Glass and Glazings positive attitude was very important to me and I appreciated their efforts. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent work, polite staff. Quick and easy to sort, we needed the glass replaced before the Easter weekend and it was one day from enquiry to completed. Would recommend highly and will use again if needed.

The job took half a day to complete. The old shower screen and door were removed and the new ones fitted. They workmen were very tidy and clean and were extremely competent, and both polite and considerate at all times. The finished job is absolutely perfect and we are delighted.

Two of our windows were vandalised overnight and we asked the company if they could make them safe to start with then make a permanent repair. We called them on a Saturday morning and they were on site by lunchtime. Very frendly and professional people both on the phone and on site.
